Returns/Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you have any questions about a standing Exchange/Return request, or would like to initiate a return request, please submit your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

EXCHANGES

You can exchange it for a different model within 30 days if you’d like (shipping charges will be at your expense). Simply contact us and we’ll help you pick the best machine to suit your needs and budget.

 

REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 30 days, less a restocking fee (10% eBay or -$40 on other Marketplaces). Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping on returns. Refunds are processed within 72 hours upon receiving it back, after it’s been verified and inspected for damage.

PARTS ORDERS

Parts can be returned within 30 days. We strongly encourage having parts installed by trained technicians, as damage to the part or computer may occur if not installed correctly. Double Dex is not responsible for damage that occurs in customer possession. The part must be returned in the same working condition as it was received, and with our unique identifier. Costs for damage that occurred after it left our facility (due to inadequate packing, incorrect installation, etc.), will be deducted from the refund. Contact us immediately if you require to return it. A restocking fee and return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund depending on the rules of the marketplace from where it was purchased. 

 

ABANDONED MACHINES

Machines left at our facility for over 60 days, will be considered abandoned, Double Dex then assumes ownership. Hard drive will be wiped of all data, and the machine will be dismantled for parts.
